Description
The Customer Service Representative is a consistent point of contact for customers to assist them with their banking needs. Employees in this position excel in relationship building, customer service and contribute to the foundation of the Cornerstone Bank family. This entry level position provides the opportunity to learn various types of banking products and services for the foundation of a career in banking.
This is a full-time position Monday - Friday with the full Cornerstone Bank employee benefit package.

Responsibilities
Research and answer customer questions regarding their accounts with Cornerstone Bank.
Resolve any discrepancies with account statements, balances, overdrafts and service charges.
Assist customers with Safe Deposit boxes.
Process returns and NSF items.
Cross train for all other duties in Customer Service including Forms Printing and Switchboard.
Process incoming and outgoing mail.
Qualifications
Equivalent to a high school education.
Attention to detail with a strong math aptitude.
Working knowledge of personal computers and the suite of Microsoft Office products.
Ability to interact effectively with other bank personnel, management and co-workers.
Ability to work in a team atmosphere and independently.
Must have organizational skills and be able to prioritize work assignments.
